Today we take a look at a collection that was produced by a close friend of mine, Paige Danckwerts. It was produced while in her third year of studies at Spero Villioti Elite Design Academy and it blew the audience away. The collection, I feel deserves to be seen over and over again! It was inspired by Architecture with a lace-like appeal and by Japanese glowing Jelly-fish. This 5-piece collection saw Paige, beading, foiling and lace stitching away, working herself to the bone to produce an utterly stunning work of art. Below we see a bit about where the inspiration stemmed from:
The colours are spectacular and in the pictures below you get to see all the garments in their full glory.
I absolutely love this collection and the way it sparkles in the light. I hope that the world will get to see more of Paige’s beautiful talent and work!
